The dealer will deliver the order during business hours. If the delivery cannot be made after two unsuccessful attempts, our dealer will notify the impossibility of making the delivery due to the absence of the recipient and will leave a note so that you can go to the nearest office for collection at the offices.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

It is very important that you return the product to us (even if it is open) in order to carry out the quality control of the batch and evaluate any incident and be able to take the corresponding corrective measures.
You can always return a product under the right of legal withdrawal for 7 working days.
When you want to return your order during this period, without NATURAL CRUNCH having made any mistake on your part, we will reimburse you the amount except the shipping and return costs, with a minimum of € 12.
